Elsevier’s full-text multidisciplinary database provides access to the content of top-tier scientific journals and conference proceedings. While it is particularly strong in the technical, natural, and medical sciences, it also includes resources in the social sciences and other academic fields.
ScienceDirect not only offers full-text access to journals published by Elsevier, but also indexes and makes available all open access e-journals that have an SJR (SCImago Journal Rank) rating. In addition, the database covers the proceedings of major scientific and technical conferences.
